The detail:

  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium Customer Data Platform, Salesforce CRM to develop and optimise an Email, SMS and Social Media engagement program to drive customer satisfaction and student success
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to develop and implement content for website personalisation initiatives
  • Process mapping to capture customer journeys and workflows plus creation of solution blueprints / documentation for effective solutions / processes
  • Create audiences and segment student and prospect database to target relevant customer segments to drive lead conversion, student engagement and new product cross-sell
  • Perform email marketing campaign activities including campaign briefing, copywriting, email development, email optimisation and A/B testing
  • Work with the in-house creative team to produce engaging and relevant content 
  • Analysis and reporting

You:

  • Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Technology or related
  • Strong technical experience with marketing automation tools; e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) [preferable], Adobe, Responsys, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Silverpop, etc
  • Experience working with developers / solution architects to articulate complex solutions into a scope of work
  • Experience with email HTML. Exposure to AMPscript/ SQL an advantage 
  • Experience briefing and optimising creative to improve communications
  • Experience with delivering campaigns, especially email marketing 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Great people skills and strong stakeholder management skills 
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and solve problems
