This is a really exciting opportunity to build your own team from the ground up. As an expert in automation and marketing cloud technology, you’d be responsible for selling in lifecycle marketing to existing clients and be part of the pitch team for new clients. Starting off with a mix of both strategic consulting and hands-on implementation, the vision is to build a team under you as the business grows. You’ll get a chance to play with the latest marketing technology platforms as well as being a key member of the senior team.

You:

  • Passionate about digital, marketing automation, 1:1 marketing and personalisation
  • Motivated and easy to work with, confident in delivering solutions leveraging best practice principles
  • Able to drive go-to-market strategy and positioning for a variety of marketing technology platforms, collaborating with specialist resources at the agency to create end-to-end frameworks and processes.
  • At least 4 years commercial experience within multi-channel data-driven marketing
  • Sound understanding of CX and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Expert level Salesforce Marketing Cloud and specifically mapping out and setting up automated data-driven journeys
  • Understanding and appreciation of digital analytics / tagging / reporting
  • Working knowledge of Adobe products (Campaign, Target, Analytics)
  • Experience working with CDPs to drive personalised comms
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Agency-side experience
  • Track record of delivering work within a multi-project, deadline-driven environment
  • Eye for detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience working within an Agile environment would also be advantageous
  • Ability to work from home initially then in the Sydney office
  • Full working rights in Australia
